Nutrition Month

 Nutrition month is celebrated every year to spread awareness about the importance of eating healthy and staying active. It's great way to remind everyone-especially young people how proper nutrition supports growth, learning and overall health. This celebration encourages students to make smarter food choices and develop habits that lead to a healthier lifestyle 

As part of the celebration, students took the lead in organizing and participating in various fun and meaningful activities. One of the main highlights was the food fest, where students  prepared and presented nutritious and creative meals to PAGCOR as part of health-focused out reach. Another exciting activity was the jingle dance and song competition, where students performed catchy songs and energetic dances promoting messages about healthy eating their talent and teamwork truly brought the event to life.,

Celebrating Nutrition Month is important because it helps students understand how their food choices affect their bodies and minds. By learning the value of eating well early on they're better equipped to take care of their health how and in the future. It's a powerful way to inspire a generation to live healthier ,more balanced lives.
